Geoff is a certified Rock Guide and Level 3 Climbing Gym Examiner with the Association of Canadian Mountain Guides (ACMG), and a certified CWA Provider with the Climbing Wall Association. Geoff has worked and managed operations at several climbing facilities - including The Edge Climbing Centre and the Cliffhanger facilities in Vancouver and Coquitlam. He has been climbing as a multi-disciplinary rock/ ice/ alpine climber since the late seventies, garnering a number of first ascents in these disciplines to his credit. Geoff manages Sales, Climbing Wall Concept Design, and Operations Design. |

Previously the Senior Partner at Yolles Consulting Engineers Inc. in Vancouver, Jim has turned his attention to engineering climbing wall design and construction in order to pursue more directly his desire to be involved in climbing and the outdoors. As a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.), Jim's projects outside the climbing wall world include General Motors Place, The Ford Centre for Performing Arts, and the Grouse Mountain Resorts Chalet. |

Tyler has been with us since we built our first walls, and has his own carpentry and cabinet-making company: Urban Workshop Ltd. A talented mechanic and mountain-biker, we have learned from the past that Tyler doesn't know how to say "no"... and so he often ends up with us in some pretty far-flung places. |

Originating from Quebec, Jyoti was one of the new age mixed revolutionaries in the Canadian Rockies back in the last decade. Since then, he now divides his time between his growing family and his construction business (In Style Construction, Ltd). Jyoti's crew has often been composed of 5.14 climbers who are some of the best climbing-knowledgable skilled tradesmen in the country.

Spencer Fullerton graduated from McMaster University in 2006 with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Originally from Prince George, B.C., most of his time was spent growing up in the Ottawa Valley. After University, he settled in Milton, Ontario and took a job with a Structural Consulting Firm in Markham, Ontario. Spencer specializes in restoration and building science work, steel connection design, welding inspection, and design in steel, wood, concrete masonry. Spencer is an avid rock climber as well as rugby player and has represented Canada on the rugby field at the age grade levels. Currently, Spencer is a member and 1st team captain of the Oakville Crusaders Rugby Club. |

Drew has a wealth of experience in various disciplines from international logistics to peacekeeping. Currently he specializes in three area: Engineering Design of Climbing Walls, Rescue and Recovery of projects gone awry and Slope stability assessments. He has a NAUI advanced diver certification and he is an active rock climber residing near Penticton and the well-known Skaha Bluffs. |
