What to train ?

Training generally involves 3 main area's of fitness.

  1. Endurance
  2. Power
  3. Power Endurance
You will find that most training regemines invovle various techeniques that work varoius combinations of the 3 fitness area's. The regimines will vary there focus to suit the authors experience and knowledge. Check out the links below to get a good idea of what is out there.
